A peaceful and charming stay, away from the noise of the city. Lovely mountain views from the rooftop deck. Easy transportation options; a bus stop nearby and affordable cab rides. the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and, most importantly, clean!
Although the hotel is in a lovely residential neighborhood, it's a bit far from the city center. No cafes on the property, just an exclusive restaurant nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Daniel, who was able to communicate in English. The tours conducted by Jose Maria were exceptional and enjoyable. Despite the hotel's location, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
Not as advertised and not worth the price. The hotel was far from the city center, making it inconvenient to get to all the attractions.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Despite my limited language skills, we managed to have basic conversations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in rustic Mexican style with colorful ceramics and patterned tiles. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It's a short walk or a 20-minute bus ride to the city. The buses are very affordable and run frequently. The hotel also has parking facilities, which is convenient for those who need it.
Nothing that I didn't like.
